Is my billing and packaging discreet?
Orders are discreetly packaged in unmarked boxes or envelopes
How long will it take to get my package?
Once your order has been processed and delivered to the shipping company, we cannot guarantee the shipping time quoted by the shipping company. Delays in orders due to weather conditions or other natural causes are beyond our control. Orders can take anywhere from 5 business days to 2 weeks to arrive!
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the following countries: USA, UK and Canada.
What should I do if my package is lost in transit?
If a package is lost in transit, we will conduct a thorough investigation with the courier. Refunds or cancellations will be processed after the investigation is fully completed.
How should I clean my toys?
Our toys can be washed, boiled or put in the dishwasher with warm water and antibacterial soap. Ensure that they are thoroughly dried before storage.
What type of lubricant can I use on my toys?
We recommend using water-based lubricants in our toys. Silicone based lubricants degrade the material and should be avoided.
How should I store my toys?
Store your toys in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keeping them in a storage bag or box designed for adult toys is ideal for protecting them from dust and damage.
